Quasar III and Nebulae III/Nebulae IV
Fixed:
- Problem when deleting empires via the admin panel.
- Ticker problem at the start of the round.
- Raiding - small bug with raiding being disabled during signup mode.
- Ticker problem regarding expired raids.
- Raiding - error causing players in the intel roles to add ships to their fleet.
- Raiding - problem for players trying to reset expired raids.
- Raiding - duplicate ship problem. Forgot to add a default id column to the raid ships table.
- Rewrote the menu bar CSS so that it is compliant with IE7.
- Problem with adding ships to rewards. No longer gives the ship 0 tick engines.

- Possibly exploit with adding and removing ships to a raid fleet. Ship status only changes to 'Raiding' once the user has set their status to 'Ready'.

- Removed a function which caused the ticker to stop updating.

- Raid gains formula slightly, also made changes for 8 player raids.

Fixed:
- Images for Star Fury ships not showing up. Fixed the main, thumb and mini images.
- Error in the ticker stopping empires from being deleted. This also seemed to cause problems with trading and trade ships.
- The problem where it would always say on the Overview "You last visted: less than 1 minute ago'.

- The Herogen race will now start with Fabrication Plants already researched.
Also, if anyone is interested in seeing my raid system change log, so that people know how much work goes into adding a new feature or if anyone is going to check for bugs:

Fixed:
- Minor tweak to CSS to stop the Logout button from moving to a second line of links.
- Research page no longer says "1 tick until research is complete" even when there are no research labs. It now says 0 ticks, as it should.
- Sector validation on the attack page.
Added:
- An alliance alert message option as suggested by wicket (and previously others). It sends a news item and message to all users in the alliance. Players can also select from three message types to determine the colour of the news item. General (green), caution (orange) and warning (red).
- Missing redirects on the market page.
Modified:
- Tried to change all references of 'centre' to 'center'. I think that 'center' is more commonly used than the British version.
- The styling of the 'Help Me' box.
