As I understand there are 4 mayor races along with 4 different styles of play. Versuden is an ultimate warrior, but weak at everything else. Ferrion is an ultimate ship builder and technologist, but extremely weak at fighting. Herogen is a banker of sf world and probe machine. Terran is overpopulated and aggressive. Marvion is something in the middle. So i suggest to make all races even more different from each other, I just put approx numbers, take a look.

Versuden +30% attack/defence power -50% power loss – 25% population growth. Much more explore point needed. – 15% research. 50% cheaper buildings. Reasearch completed on advanced engines.

Ferrion + 60 % power bonus, - 30% offensive power + 25% metal and deuterium production +10%research. Less explore points needed. – 15 % credits production.

Herogen +50% credit bonus, - 10 %defence power -25% metal /deuterium production, research completed on fabrication plants. Ships are 25% cheaper than usual, building 50% cheaper. +25% probes.

Terran 50% extra population 80 population per residence – 25 % power production loss. +5% offence. -25%metal/deuterium production loss.. Research on adv lith mines.

Marvion +25%metal/deuterium. -10% research. Research completed on pop tax.
All races are different now, more combinations, teamwork and FUN!

Nice idea but surely exaggerating race differences only increases the advantage certain races already have over each other. (Vers and herogen the best and would just become even more so).

How about more adding more races however with different strengths/weaknesses to try and encourage people moving away from the standard vers/herogen choice?

Maybe differences are too flashy, perhaps changing a little what we have now would work just fine :)

Double number of command probes, Research completed on fabrications plants.

Unlimited Advanced Probe Research Items

Terran
25% extra population (Increased pop growth, and 60 Population per Residence rather than 50)

-20% power production loss

+5% Offensive power

Research Complete on Advanced Lithium Mines.

Versuden
+20% offence bonus

-30% power loss

-15% population growth

Research Complete on Population Tax, No adv fab plants research.

Ferrion
+35% power bonus

-20% offence power

Unlimited Technology Research Items, No advanced fabrications plants research. Defender and Vulture class ships, changed to Adv Defence plats (1,5x def power/1,5x hull) and adv vulture( *7roids/land per tick can max up to 18 14k power core).

Marvion
-20% credit production

Technology limit 3

Can research advanced fabrication plants.

i think that there should be more races so you can be more desisive in choosing a race
