My empire has fallen and now I want to delete it, but I won't let me. I go to "click here to delete", and then I see 'password forgatten' or something like that...

seems like an bug.

I think that you will have to respawn, and then delete. But this does seem like a bug.

this has been fixed in the dev code (and will be in the next beta round)
